Disciplinary Regulations for Students:

  • Students from Lower Primary to Higher Primary School must be present everyday for the Morning Prayer and Assembly at 8:30 a.m.
  • Children should not be brought to school before 8:15 a.m. Neither the teaching nor maintenance staff is here at this time, NO RESPONSIBILITY will be accepted for the children’s safety, if parents leave them outside the gate before 8:15 a.m.
  • To ensure the safety of our students, each student is issued a Parents ID card. No child will be allowed to go home with anyone unless the ID card is shown to a member of staff by the person who calls to collect the child.
  • No Student is allowed to leave the school during working hours without the written permission of the Principal. Students who have doctor’s appointment / function etc, and need half day/early permission must get a leave application counter signed by the parents.
  • Punctual & regular attendance is absolutely essential. Minimum attendance to put in by the pupil; in a year is 85% of the working days of the school.
  • Everyone is expected to speak in English in School. Personal hygiene and cleanliness is expected from every student.
  • Every student is expected to carry packed lunch. No student will be allowed to leave the school premises during the lunch break. No lunch baskets can be delivered at the school gate.
  • School closes at 3:30 p.m. No student should be found in the school campus after 3:45 p.m. School will not be responsible for the safety of the children after school hours and outside the school premises.
  • If the student is coming by Auto / Van please furnish the Auto / Van No. Name, Mobile No. of the driver to the school authorities.
  • Preparing daily lessons, Home Work & Class assignments must be the prime duty of every student.
  • Students must be polite in their speech, courteous in manner and gentle with one another. They are expected to grow in refined, mature, conduct and self discipline. They must respect all their Teachers, Administrative and Support Staff and co-operate with School Leaders, House Captains and Class Prefects.
  • Students must look after their own belongings. The school is not responsible for lost articles.

Admission Criteria

Application Form

       Application form will be issued in Administrative Office from the month of February based on admission criteria received application forms will be scrutinized & selected for admission.

  • The admission form should be filled correctly as no changes will be allowed when the TC is issued.
  • Prior interaction with the candidate and his / her parents to understand the child’s background and aptitude.
  • Admissions for Pre-Nursery, Nursery & LKG are done every year for other classes subject to vacancy. For fresh admission, Birth Certificate is required. An affidavit will not be accepted.
  • Those seeking admission for primary & middle classes must produce their child’s progress report, of the school last attended indicating the Child’s academic progress. No admission is complete until the Transfer Certificate from the last recognized school attended is produced, counter signed by the Educational Inspector of the state.
  • The school does not accept donations in cash or kind at the time of admission.
  • The Management / Principal reserve the right to refuse any application without having to assign reasons for their actions.
  • Name of the student will be struck off the roll after one month of absence without prior intimation and non payment of fees within two months. Re-admission in such cases will be necessary.

Eligibility

  • Nursery - 2 years 10 months as on 1st of June of the Academic Year.
  • LKG - 3 years 10 months as on 1st of June of the Academic Year.
  • UKG - 4 years 10 months as on 1st of June of the Academic Year.
  • Grade 1 - 5 years 10 months and corresponding for every class

Fees Structure

  • The school fees are charged for 12 months in 10 installments.
  • Fees must be paid by 10th of every month
  • Pupils in arrears of fees for more than 2 months are liable to be struck of the rolls. This applies to any accounts due to the school
  • Those who pay monthly fees for the whole year in one lump sum before June 10th will be given a reduction of 1 month fee; this concession is applicable only to those who pay the full fees.
  • The fee structure of the school is subjected to change from time to time at the discretion of the Management, which will be communicated to the parents.
  • Admission Fees / Monthly Fees / Annual Fees once paid will not be refunded for any reason
